Why sacrifice weight for protection? With the 7iDP Control Knee Pads, you won't have to make any sacrifices while riding. Riders who like hard shell protection but also don't want a bulky or heavy pad will love the 7iDP Control Knee Pad.
The pad's hard shell Curv Cap material is one of the lightest yet toughest on the protective market and offers an abrasion barrier between the rider and any terrain they may encounter. The hard shell is surrounded by double layer polygon perforated custom foam to help impact absorption.
7iDP researched the best area for strap placement. They realized that by placing a stretch strap over the widest part of the calf, the Control Knee Pad would stay firmly in place while giving the rider all the mobility they need. We noticed how well they stayed in without too much movement, and it was impressive. The top of the pad features dual Velcro straps to complete a great fit.
Often a cumbersome or bulky hard shell protection pad can skimp on ventilation. The 7iDP Control Knee Pads features air circulation ports to allow air flow in and out of the interior of the protection piece. The back of the pad features four-way stretch fabric with perforation for added airflow.
Seven passionate individuals decided they believed in the same thing, Intelligently Designed Protection. Since then, 7iDP has pushed out some of the most innovative, effective and stylish protective gear on the market. Their armor and protection pads all feature a common component, smart and stylish design with an added level of protection that could only be made by actual riders. 7iDP offers mountain bikers and BMX riders a new choice for protection, and they are taking notice.
